At my WA state Costco they had a liquor rebate form posted that was valid 11/15 through 1/5/2015 for WA state purchases of 1L/1.75L Diageo spirits. What was interesting was, for some of the cheaper bottles, the liquor started to be nearly free with the step up from $10 off 1, $35 off 2, $65 off 3, and $100 off 5 for Baileys, Bulleit Bourbon, Bulleit 95 Rye, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Crown Royal, Johnnie Walker Red and Black label, Ketel One Vodka, and Tanqueray Gin with 1L or 1.75L bottles. Submissions must be mailed by 1/20/2015 .

You'll need the original rebate form but the wording allows for multiple receipts to be combined (I picked up 2 bottles today and the bottle of Captain I bought a month ago will be a nice $30 bonus).

I picked up my form at the Costco on 4th ave S in Seattle (the mothership) but the rebate is only limited to the state, not the stores, so other liquor stores may have this in their "rebate area". FYI.
