Purchases must be made at a location in the fifty (50) United States,District of Columbia , Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, any other US territory, or on the US website of one of the eligible department stores. You will NOT earn a statement credit if the purchase is made through a third-party (including resellers and online marketplaces) or through a third-party payment account. You must enroll your eligible Card prior to making eligible purchases. Eligible purchases do not include the purchase of traveler's checks or the purchase or reloading of prepaid cards or other cash equivalents. Offer is non-transferable. Limit one (1) statement credit per enrolled Card. Limit one (1) enrolled Card per Card Account. The $30 statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 6-8 weeks after the promotional period ends provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. Note that American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from the merchant until all of the items from your qualifying purchase have been provided or shipped by the merchant. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. To receive the statement credit, your account must be active, in good standing, and not in default at the time the statement credit is posted to your account.
