This is one of those items at HF that rarely goes on sale and that you cannot use a % off coupon at any time. I'm saying YMMV because I know there will be screaming over it being an "Inside Track Club" coupon which usually requires joining at $29..99/yr - $10 gift card = $19.99.

I am not a Inside Track Club member and the reason being I don't see the value when I often can use a % off coupon on a non-super coupon sale and get a better price. I used to join but haven't since the gift card was reduced from $29.99 to $10. I do however spend a lot of money at HF, am known by managers and employees and have no problems using these coupons at my store. So again YMMV, it works for me.
