Amazon has the Fire HD 7 for $198 with $127.77 in gift cards (could vary by couple of dollars) if you purchase it with Kindle Unlimited and Prime bundles, which can be redeemed as gift cards. Basically you pay $198 + Tax at checkout and receive $127.77 in gift cards via email, which you can apply to the pending Fire order of $70.23+tax.
1. Add the Fire HD 7:http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IKPYKWG
2. Add 6 months of Kindle Unlimited fromhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/kindle/ku/gift_landing
Makesure you select 6 months, not the default 12 months
3. Add a Prime gift membership fromhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/prime/pipeline/prime_gifting_landing
Your order summary at checkout should look like this:

4. Log out from Amazon .com now
5. You'll get an email with the Prime gift membership. Click the link in the email that says "Already a Prime member?", which will take you to Amazon again. Log in to your account if prompted (you won't be redeeming anything yet.).Click the link on the Prime gift membership page that says "Exchange for an Amazon .com Gift Card", and your account will be credited with a$79.96gift card.You need not be a prime member to login.
6.Log out from Amazon .com now
7. You should have received another email with the subject "You have 6 months of Kindle Unlimited". Click the "Redeem" button, which will take you to Amazon . The offer won't actually redeem until you select an option on the site.At the bottom of the redemption screen on Amazon .com, there is an option to "Click Here to redeem your membership as a gift card". Click on this link, and your account will be credited with a$47.77gift card (this amount might vary by couple of dollars).
8. View your order details for the Fire, and you can immediately apply the gift cards by clicking "Apply balance to this order". You'll have$57.54in gift cards left over after doing this, minus any tax that the gift cards covered.
