This is a 4 star rated top loading, agitator model clothes washing machine. Reg $650, sale price $399. When I went through the check out there was an instant $35 off applied for utility rebate (but the utility was for a gas company, which doesn't make sense for a washing machine!). But the check out price was reduced to $365...

Don't forget the current 6% fatwallet rebate deal when you buy via fatwallet link to Sears . That is about another $21 off... so now about $344 net... THEN there may be an electric utility rebate for another $50, YMMV.
Could be net less $300.
