Today, P&G launch its monthly coupon ad in the Sunday papers with a $40 coupon off the Braun Series 7. For a number of months now, they have partnered with online stores to allow the coupon to also be valid online.
Typically,
Amazon puts these in their coupon section, but it is not there as of today.
As seen from other deals, the price this past week for the shaver has been $149.97 (with small variations) sold directly from Amazon . This was also the price before the $40 manufacturer coupon started today.

Here is the coupon section at P&G/Braun specifically indicating the new $40 coupon dates (11/30 to 12/27) and Amazon as a participating merchant:

Basically, the $40 should come off on top if this is a new coupon, but the stores are treating the current BF price as already including the $40 discount.
This is YMMV, but you will need to chat with Amazon ,show the Braun link indicating the new coupon valid as of today and showing that the price was the same as yesterday (before the $40 coupon). If you are successful, you can get this item for $109.97 plus tax.
WalMart is doing something similar and not discounting the 790cc any further either, but did decide to discount the 760cc even though P&G bought an ad on WalMart .com for the $40 promo.

drugstore.com is showing the coupon, but their starting price is significantly higher on the 790cc. They show a similar price to WalMart n the 760cc.
