After entering the codes and looking back at my points history, the points post as "Get Started Bonus Code."

After doing a little research, evidently these are codes that have been e-mailed to select people with the subject heading "We Miss You So Much! Something Extra-Special Inside." (Some of these e-mails are from last July.) They don't follow the usual pattern for multi-use codes, but they are. Perhaps they were not intended to be a multi-use code but there may be a glitch. Who knows?
