Following today's release of updated iPads, The Apple Store cut prices on a selection of its factory-refurbished iPad mini WiFi and WiFi + 4G models, with prices starting at $209. That beats last week's mention for each model by at least $30, and is the best price we've seen for each with an Apple warranty. (Each carries a 1-year Apple warranty, the same as new units.)
