Mark the calendars for Saturday, September 13th, 2014. On that day participating Sam's Clubs that have a pharmacy will be offering free diabetes screenings for both members and the public from 11am to 3pm. Each screening will consists of an A1C blood test to determine glucose, and total cholesterol, a blood pressure reading and body fat percentage. Part of being healthy i caching these risks before they become worse. This freebie is happening only on 09/13/2014 between 11am and 3pm.
