Up to $12 cash payment for Duracell customers

As a result of a recent class action lawsuit filed against Duracell for alleged false advertising, all U.S. customers who purchased AA or AAA Duracell brand Ultra Advanced and/or Ultra Power batteries at retail any time after June 2009 are entitled to receive a cash payment of up to $12. (The amount will depend on how many eligible products you bought and number of claims.) To receive compensation, fill out a claim form and submit it by April 10, 2014.
