As a result of a recent class action lawsuit filed against Duracell for alleged false advertising, all U.S. customers who purchased AA or AAA Duracell brand Ultra Advanced and/or Ultra Power batteries at retail any time after June 2009 are entitled to receive a cash payment of up to $12.
