Tip of the Day: Cheese Grating 101

In my house there is never enough grated cheese especially during the holidays. To keep on top of the demand and spare your knuckles spray your grater with cooking spray. This makes your cheese glide through the grating surface and fall off easily. An added bonus is that clean up is a snap!
