Ask The Readers: Cost-effective filtered water?

Today's question is from Christina: My husband and I do not like drinking the water from the faucet so we buy 24 ct. cases of water. They are about $2.99 per case, but I notice I drink less water than I should because I hate having to keep buying cases of water. We are considering getting a filter for our kitchen faucet (expensive to start and filter replacements are also expensive) or getting a Culligan water dispenser. Which do you think would be more cost effective? -Christina
