Tip of the Day: Spin Salad Greens REALLY Dry
If you use a salad spinner to wash and dry your leafy greens you know they are always a little damp when the spinning is over. To ensure dry greens, place a folded paper towel inside the spinner with your lettuce. This will soak up that extra moisture left behind while they are whirling around.
