On a whim, I happened to download the "Seven" workout app (free for a "limited time") for iOS and actually began using it tonight.

After the completion of a workout cycle (7 min, 50 seconds) I was greeted by an offer from a sponsor (Bengay) for a free Amazon MP3 credit as a sort of reward.

It turns out that the offer is indeed legit. Cheers guys!
Download the app here then tap to start a workout. Whether you actually exercise is up to you. Not bad for a total effort of about 10 minutes IMO.
