Note: Although plans start at $19/month (for TV only), the least expensive option eligible for a prepaid card appears to be the U-Family TV service bundled with the U-Verse Internet Elite service for around $49/month for the first 12 months. It includes up to 130 TV channels, one DVR, and Internet with downstream speeds up to 6Mbps. (Plan prices vary by location.)
